St. Paul's 5th Annual Sporting Clay Shoot

We are thrilled to announce that on Saturday, September 13, 2025, St. Paul’s will host its 5th Annual Sporting Clay Shoot Fundraiser at Sandycreek Conservancy in Polk, Pa. This special event is proudly presented by our lead sponsor, Sodexo Seniors.

As we prepare for this milestone event, we’ve set an ambitious fundraising goal of $50,000. This day promises not only fun and fellowship but also helps address a critical need at St. Paul’s. The proceeds from this event will go toward benevolent care, which is at the core of our mission.

At times, residents may exhaust their personal resources and need financial assistance to continue receiving care. Benevolent care allows us to honor our promise to never ask a resident to leave St. Paul’s due to financial hardship. In 2024, St. Paul’s provided $4.5 million in unfunded and benevolent care, and we anticipate that amount will either remain steady or increase in 2025.

Below, you will find a flyer, sponsorship opportunities, and the event registration form. We greatly appreciate any donation you can contribute. As a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization, donations to St. Paul’s are tax-deductible.

We hope you will join us for a day filled with excitement, camaraderie, and the chance to make a lasting impact. Breakfast and lunch will be provided, courtesy of R Builders, LLC. If you register by August 22, you will be entered for a chance to win a Bergara Wilderness Ridge Carbon Rifle (caliber of your choice) OR $1,500 cash, sponsored by McCullough Grain, LLC.

NOTE: If you are purchasing a sponsorship AND registering shooters, please list the amount owed for shooters in the "Additional Donation" box. The price per shooter is $65 unless you are doing a sponsorship that offers a discount for shooters.

Example: You want to do a Silver Sponsorship and want to register 2 shooters. You would owe $500 for the sponsorship and an Additional Donation of $80 for your shooters ($65 x 2 shooters=$130 minus your $50 discount=$80)

After submitting your payment, your team roster form will be sent to you via email to submit back.
