A majority of older adults prefer to stay in their own home throughout the remainder of their lives. St. Paul’s Without Walls Home and Community-Based Services is a private-duty home care agency licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Our goal is to provide home-based services that help people remain independent in their own home for as long as possible.
Without Walls is for older adults who may need increased assistance with daily living activities and personal care in their own homes.
Companions & Care Partners are always needed to provide private duty support services to adults who want to remain in their homes. We offer flexible schedules, orientation & training, competitive wages and so much more!

Companion Services
Assisting you or your loved one with daily tasks.
Care Partner Services
Provides for all companion services, plus assist with activities of daily living.
On-the-Go Dining
Provides nutritionally-balanced meals to those who live within a 5 mile radius of St. Paul’s.
Lifeline and Care Connect Technology
Offers personal help buttons for emergencies and personal medication dispensers.
Fees
Services provided are offered on an hourly “fee for service” basis and are billed monthly.
